About Venture Real Estate
Venture Real Estate has served Latah County since 1997. Jacob Keck purchased the Company in 2007 so Venture will remain a family owned and operated business.
Jake owned his own logging business for the last nine years and during that time has purchased and sold investment properties, a logging accident turned his investment program into a full time business.
His extensive knowledge of the timber industry and land conservation give him the advantage in our rural area. Jacob is a third generation logger and has lived in the area all of his life and is active in the community. Venture supports the area children's livestock programs and sporting activities. Jacob and his wife Crissa have one child, a two month old son named Jacob Jr.
